OMG!
This screams hypocrisy on so many levels I could vomit. Wasn't it
liberals and the ACLU screaming bloody murder against the Patriot Act?
Isn't it liberals screaming about Club Gitmo and the prisoners held
there? Wasn't it liberals screaming for Constitutional rights for POWs
that wore no uniform when fighting our nation and under international
law could have been legally executed and hold no rights under the
Geneva Convention??
Where is the ACLU on this one? Where is
the MSM? Where is code pink and the rest of the liberal sludge
screaming for this kid's rights?
Now I, along with Ron Paul and a host of conservatives, were also against this Act. We feared what liberties GW might take under it's authority. But we also feared what liberties a liberal Administration might take when the liberal motto is "the end justifies the means".
Now as Obama's 20 year spiritual mentor said, "the chickens have come home to roost".
This happened on Obama's watch.
This is where the country is headed.
I am just waiting for my door to
be kicked in because dissent (which was "patriotic" in October, is no
longer tolerated).
The Patriot Act is unconstitutional and needs to be repealed.
